We believe young children learn best when they are curious, engaged, and trusted as capable thinkers. At The Grove Early Learning Center, our Reggio-inspired approach treats the environment as a “third teacher,” with beautiful, intentional spaces that invite exploration—light and shadow, natural materials, open-ended art, and room to move. Teachers observe closely, listen well, and design project work that grows out of children’s questions—from bugs and bridges to rainbows and recipes.

We embrace messy play, loose parts, and hands-on experiences because that’s where deep learning lives: pouring, stacking, mixing, negotiating, trying again. Learning is made visible through documentation—photos, children’s words, and classroom displays that tell the story of their growth. Rooted in a Christian setting, we honor each child’s spiritual life with simple practices of gratitude, wonder, and care for others, welcoming families of all backgrounds with respect and hospitality.
